Client Service Professional / Receptionist
Seasonal position providing front‑line client service at H&R Block. Focus on greeting, scheduling, and ensuring a positive client experience in person, over the phone, or virtually.

Responsibilities
- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
- Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs.
- Schedule clients according to their preferences.
- Ensure all client needs are met during service, both in person, over the phone, or virtually.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations.
- Previous experience in a sales/marketing or customer‑service environment.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to multi‑task, with strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Computer proficient with Microsoft Office.

Pay Range
$11.00 – $27.00 per hour. Local minimum wage laws apply. Compensation may include incentive and short‑term incentive plans.
