Client Service Professional / Receptionist (Seasonal)

What We’d Love From You

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations.
• Sales/marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule client appointments as requested.
• Ensure all client needs are met during service both in person, over the phone, or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Expertise

• Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous experience in a customer service setting.
• Ability to multi‑task.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.

Pay Range

Pay Range: $11.00 - $27.00 per hour.
