Job Summary As an Applications Administrator, you will provide complex system-level support of multi-user applications, including installation, design, configuration, deployment, maintenance, and support of these systems. You will apply the best industry practices of security, performance optimization, and training tasks to enable users to maximize productivity. Additionally, you will make independent application decisions while adhering to regulatory guidelines. You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of all casino applications.

Duties and Responsibilities

Foster an environment that embodies Bally's Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphere

Enthusiastically promote Bally's customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations

Support and maintain applications associated with the collection, retrieval, accessibility, and usage of data

Perform maintenance and basic configuration, setup, and updates of applications, including table definitions and access control

Build and run reports using query and flexible reporting tools

Recommend changes in application, development, and maintenance for increased efficiency

Establish vendor relations

Maintain proper electronic and hard copies of required documentation

Record and maintain software inventories, site and server licensing, and user access security

Develop a test environment and test new applications, updates, and patches

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Must be 21 years of age or older

Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board

Required four-year degree in computer engineering, MIS, or degree related to the electronics field with an emphasis in computer technologies, or the equivalent of four years working in the computer field or technology department specializing in computer systems hardware/software repair and customer service

Requires extensive knowledge of the following: ACSC, iSeries/AS400

Requires working knowledge of the following: LMS

Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills

Experience with Microsoft Server and workstation operating systems

Must have open work availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Casino experience preferred

Target Salary Range: $70K-$75K

Physical Demands

Frequently required to lift up to a maximum of 30 pounds

Frequently required to push, kneel, climb, stoop, bend, and twist, as well as reach overhead

Work Environment The work environment contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.
