Tuition reimbursement
Base pay will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Full‑time associates are eligible for an annual bonus incentive and sales referral bonuses. Temporary associates are not benefits‑eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.

Responsibilities
Under direct supervision of an Executive Director, responsible for all operations, acting as contact for staff, residents, prospects, community organizations, government agencies, and the public.
Supervise, direct, and motivate staff; maintain superior training and morale.
Ensure training programs are effectively executed.
Maintain high resident satisfaction and retention through consistent delivery of high‑quality services; conduct annual resident satisfaction survey.
Execute renewal program to achieve the highest renewal rate possible.
Develop annual operating and capital budgets with the Executive Director; manage budget accountability, minimize variances, and maintain occupancy goals.
Hire, train, discipline, and terminate employees in accordance with company policies; review promotions, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
Ensure buildings, grounds, and property meet company standards through preventative maintenance and regular inspections.
Maintain current departmental policies, procedures, and licenses; keep updated on regulatory requirements.
Foster staff creativity; create and maintain a stable atmosphere; serve on Resident Counsel.
Maintain a positive community image; engage in local social and civic affairs; represent the facility to government agencies and professional organizations.
Conduct department head meetings weekly; quarterly associate meetings on safety, aging, and building issues; quarterly residential meetings.
Stay current on competitive projects and market programs.
Qualifications Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Gerontology, Business, or a related field is required. Minimum two to four years of proven management experience in retirement housing, hospitality, or health care is required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certifications, Licenses, and Other Special Requirements State license as a nursing home administrator and/or Assisted Living License.
Management/Decision Making Use strong analytical skills and in‑depth organizational understanding to handle arising problems. Solve diverse problems with solid analytical skills where limited precedents or guidelines exist.
Knowledge and Skills Advanced knowledge of the organization, industry, and functional disciplines. Extensive understanding of technical areas gained through experience. Knowledge of legal requirements for skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. Ability to hire, train, evaluate, motivate, and discipline personnel. High accuracy, multitasking, initiative, good judgment, professional ethics, customer service orientation, excellent written and verbal communication, and stress tolerance.
