Oliver Wyman helps industry leaders in technology, software and private equity develop growth strategies, improve operations and maximize organizational effectiveness. The Private Equity team works with investors throughout the deal lifecycle – from opportunity identification through due diligence and post‑transaction value realization. The Technology practice collaborates with clients to create sustainable shareholder value through innovative business models, product/solution offerings and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
Provide day‑to‑day leadership of client projects and client relationship management, teaming with Partners and sharing success responsibility for specific engagements. Lead and manage complex programs to ensure on‑time delivery that meets agreed goals, leveraging Oliver Wyman best practice, expertise and technical competence. Guide and influence clients across all situations, becoming trusted advisors. Engage fully in business building by identifying new and expanded opportunities. Create intellectual capital through thought leadership and knowledge on adjacent topics. Develop others and build a followership as part of asset building for the firm. Lead firm building activities, acting as a role model for firm values with a strong personal brand inside and outside the firm. Desired Skills and Experience
7+ years of experience in strategy consulting and/or CMT/TMT industry experience plus Private Capital experience. Commercial due diligence expertise. Strong background in conceptual problem solving and analytical skills. Track record of leading and managing teams and delivering against tight deadlines in fast‑paced environments. Outstanding communication skills; confidence in presenting to senior executives. Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program. Willingness to travel (at least 50% of the time). Base salary range: $250,000 – $260,000. In addition to base salary, the position may be eligible for performance‑based incentives. The total rewards package includes health and welfare benefits, tuition assistance, 401(k) savings, employee assistance programs and more.
