Responsibilities
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock records for plumbing supplies, tools, and materials. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the purchasing department for timely replenishment. Keep the warehouse organized and efficient.
Parts Delivery: Safely prepare, package, load, and deliver plumbing parts and materials to job sites. Ensure timely deliveries so plumbers can complete their work without delay.
Assist Plumbing Teams: Help plumbers on‑site by carrying tools, materials, and equipment. Perform basic plumbing tasks under supervision, learning valuable skills from experienced professionals. Keep the work area clean and safe.
Effective Communication: Collaborate with plumbers to meet job‑specific requirements. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Quality Control: Inspect delivered parts and materials for quality and accuracy, promptly reporting any issues to the purchasing team.
Safety First: Adhere to all safety protocols while handling supplies and driving company vehicles, ensuring compliance with traffic laws and regulations.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Physical ability to lift heavy objects and thrive in a hands‑on, demanding environment.
Dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
Eagerness to learn and assist with various plumbing tasks.
Basic knowledge of plumbing materials is a plus, but not required.
Prior experience in a similar role or with basic plumbing is advantageous.
