Your Role We are looking for a Sales Account Manager based in the San Francisco Bay Area to join the North America Field Sales, West team. The role boasts variety with a key focus on new business development and account management, with a focus on our Club partners in the fitness club and boutique fitness studio space.
In this role as a Technogym salesperson you will develop and maintain strong relationships with current and new accounts, manage a large portfolio of products, services, and solutions, and oversee sales. This position will require local travel to our business partners throughout the San Francisco Bay area and reports directly to the Sales Area Manager.

Your Impact
Ensure that local sales, profitability and cash flow targets are achieved
Develop business opportunities and exploit market potential
Generate leads, profile customers, plan activities and update the CRM
Increase customer satisfaction
Maintain and develop existing relationships and seek new opportunities
Manage the market and carry out an appropriate number of customer/prospect visits in line with company sales code
Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
Develop positive relationships with clients
Act as the point of contact and handle customers' individual needs
Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
Report on the status of accounts and transactions
Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
About You What you should bring:
At least 3 years' sales experience as a Sales Account Manager or in a similar role
Degree in Business Administration, Sales or a relevant field preferred but not required
Experience in managing complex deals and selling solutions
Excellent consulting sales approach and negotiation skills
Solid experience with CRM software. Knowledge of Salesforce would be a plus
Excellent listening, communication and presentation abilities
This position is based in the San Francisco Bay Area and will require local travel
Access to personal vehicle and valid US Driver's License
What We Offer
Base salary starting at $70,000
