Operating at the intersection of M&A, operations, and value creation, this role combines strategic program management with hands-on execution to ensure each portfolio company achieves critical integration milestones, accelerating time to monetization, mitigating risk, and maintaining business momentum.In this role, you will own the Day-0 through Day-180 integration playbook, manage multiple acquisitions in parallel, interface with a cross-functional integration team, and serve as the primary executive interface between acquired company leadership and corporate functions.**Primary Responsibilities:*** **Integration Leadership & Execution**
+ Lead all post-acquisition integration activities (Day 0–Day 180) for multiple acquisitions annually.
+ Own and continuously enhance the standardized integration playbook, ensuring consistent execution while tailoring approach to each acquired company’s operating model.
+ Accelerate realization of revenue synergies, including payments monetization, pricing optimization, cross-sell strategies, and platform efficiencies.
+ Ensure integration plans protect business continuity, customer experience, and employee engagement.* **Cross-Functional Coordination**
+ Coordinate integration efforts across corporate functions including Finance, HR, IT, Product, Payments, Legal, and Security.
+ Establish and manage governance structures for decision-making, status reviews, risk escalation, and cross-team alignment.
+ Partner with business unit leaders to ensure operational continuity and protect customer relationships during integration.* **Change Management & Communication**
+ Serve as the executive-level point of contact for acquired leadership during integration.
+ Develop clear and effective communication strategies for internal teams and acquired employees.
+ Drive change management initiatives that support adoption, reduce resistance, and maintain organizational trust and clarity.* **KPI Ownership & Reporting**
+ Define, track, and report integration KPIs to executive leadership and PE sponsors, including:
- Time-to-revenue realization
- Payments activation and adoption
- Integration milestone completion rate
- Customer retention and satisfaction metrics
+ Provide executive-level reporting to Fullsteam leadership and PE sponsors, including progress updates, risk assessments, and mitigation plans.* **Team Leadership & Development**
+ Build, lead, and develop a high-performing integration team, including Senior Integration Managers and project support roles.
+ Manage matrixed teams across functions, driving accountability and high-quality execution without direct reporting lines.
+ Promote a culture of operational excellence, continuous improvement, and results-driven delivery.**Minimum Qualifications:*** 10+ years of experience in M&A integration, program management, or corporate development, ideally within SaaS or payments businesses.* Proven success leading acquired company integrations with multiple acquisitions per year.* Strong understanding of SaaS operating models, payments integration, and value creation levers.* Ability to lead through influence in a highly matrixed, cross-functional environment.* Exceptional communication, executive presence, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.* Demonstrated ability to design, track, and report KPI-driven integration performance.Fullsteam supports an inclusive workplace that values diversity of thought, experience, and background.
