Structural Steel Estimator . We’re a trusted partner in large‑scale oil, gas, water, and infrastructure projects across Southern California—and we’re growing!
Key Responsibilities
Respond to RFQs & create competitive bid packages
Review take‑offs, shop drawings and specifications to forecast project costs
Estimate raw materials, labor, tools, and shop processing, handling and freight
Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate bids
Maintain compliance with company procedures and safety protocols
✅ Qualifications
3+ years in structural steel or miscellaneous metals estimating specifically for a LA City Certified shop
Proficiency with traditional cost estimating for shop production
Strong ability to read technical drawings and specifications
Thrives in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment with creative problem‑solving skills
Knowledge of AISC standards and AWS codes
Benefits
