We are looking for passionate and skilled Kitchen Chefs to join our growing team. As a Kitchen Chef at IPOT.FOOD, you will play a vital role in food preparation, kitchen leadership, and maintaining the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and present hotpot and BBQ menu items consistently according to recipes and standards
Assist in daily kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, plating, and inventory management
Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
Ensure proper handling and storage of all food products
Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth service flow
Contribute to menu innovation and development as needed
Monitor kitchen operations and assist with training and guiding junior staff
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
Requirements
Proven experience as a chef, line cook, or in a similar kitchen role (hotpot/BBQ experience is a plus!)
Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment, food safety, and culinary techniques
Passionate about high-quality food and customer satisfaction
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings
Must be authorized to work in the United States
