Systems Engineering Manager - Maryland

Manage and lead a high functioning systems engineering team Collaborate closely with ATC engineering and program teams Provide input to program schedules, budgets and management plans Manage the design, integration, and deployment of voice communications systems / subsystems for R&S ATC projects Lead efforts for creating and maintaining technical documentation according to customer requirements. Translate customer needs into requirements and competitive solutions maximizing R&S content. Prepare regular reports on project progress, issues encountered, and resolutions implemented. Participate in communication with customers and R&S product design team. Work closely with the product engineering teams based in Europe and North America.
