We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Masters Swim Coach to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their coaching skills while working with adult swimmers of all levels.
Position Overview
As an Assistant Masters Swim Coach, you will support our head coach in delivering high-quality training sessions for adult swimmers. This position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work with motivated athletes pursuing fitness, competition, and personal goals. Key Responsibilities
• Provide technique feedback and stroke correction • Help develop and implement training plans • Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times • Support swimmers in achieving their individual goals Qualifications
• Previous swimming experience (competitive background preferred) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work with adults of varying skill levels • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) • Coaching certification preferred but not required Schedule
