Job Description: Job Summary We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst with strong expertise in SQL, Tableau, and data warehousing to support People Analytics initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have experience in HR analytics and be comfortable working with large datasets to deliver actionable insights.
This role involves building dashboards, performing advanced analytics, and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize workforce strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards for People Analytics reporting.
Perform complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
Work with Snowflake as the primary data warehouse (experience with BigQuery, Databricks, or similar acceptable).
Collaborate with HR and business teams to deliver insights on workforce trends and metrics.
Support data modeling and transformation using DBT (Data Build Tool).
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with organizational standards.
Contribute to advanced analytics initiatives, including predictive modeling and workforce optimization.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience with Tableau as a primary BI tool.
Strong SQL skills for daily data manipulation and reporting.
Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
Familiarity with HR or People Analytics domain (strongly preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with DBT (Data Build Tool).
Familiarity with Python and libraries such as pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn (not mandatory but willingness to learn is essential).
Experience with HR systems like Workday and Greenhouse.
Exposure to advanced analytics and predictive modeling techniques.
