Position
Purpose:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior AI/ML Engineer with over 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, a strong background in Python programming, and a passion for developing cutting‑edge AI solutions. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models and contribute to our overall AI strategy.
Education & Professional Qualification:
Bachelor or equivalent degree from a reputed educational institute, preferably in computer programming, computer science, or a related field.
Certification(s): Not mandatory, but certification in a relevant field is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum 3‑4 years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a proven portfolio of relevant projects. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement machine learning models using Python and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit‑learn tailored to business needs. Continuously improve and optimize machine learning algorithms to enhance accuracy and performance of predictive models. Manipulate and analyze data with Pandas and NumPy to clean, transform, and analyze large datasets; ensure data integrity and quality throughout the pipeline. Apply machine learning algorithms, statistical methods, and preprocessing techniques to analyze complex data sets and perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends and insights. Deploy models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and manage resources efficiently, using Docker to create scalable and reproducible environments. Requirements

Analyze complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and identify patterns that drive decision‑making. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and product managers to integrate ML solutions into products and systems. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and techniques, contributing to research and innovation within the team. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge‑sharing environment. Manage the deployment and monitoring of ML models in production environments, ensuring high performance and reliability.
