The Program and Project Management function of the Delivery Services team coaches leaders across Pega to improve internal processes and execute on programs that support our strategic direction. Drive strategic cloud infrastructure, engineering, operations, and security projects, partnering with individuals and business leadership across the business. Be responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and managing multiple projects. Accountable for the on‑time delivery of business‑critical bodies of work. Evangelize agile at Pega, including continuous improvement activities by identifying and remediating wasteful activities and artifacts. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred. History of successfully planning, scheduling, and delivering complex software projects & programs – preferably as a Program Manager, Project Manager, or seasoned Scrum Master. Experience with various Agile models (Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.) on both co‑located and distributed teams. Experience facilitating change management in an organization. Base salary range for this role is $94,900 – $141,900 USD annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus or commission, as well as benefits and other incentives.
