Bellows Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical is looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic Customer Service Representative (CSR).

Duties:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Provide information about products and services
• Assist customers with scheduling repairs/services
• Collects and data enters information accurately and efficiently

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Prior customer service or call center experience
