Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Shipping/Fulfilment Lead on first shift.
Your Responsibilities:
Inform Supervisor of jobs in jeopardy of missing a due date
Guide and motivate team members to achieve their objectives and maintain high performance
Serve as a main point of contact between team members and upper management and effective communication
Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to enhance skills and productivity
Oversee team projects, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld
Address any issues or conflicts within the team, providing solutions and support as needed
Prepare and report team performance reports to management
Address daily employee questions and give guidance
Preform assigned operational duties to the standards
Your Shift: 8:00am - 4:00pm, Monday - Friday
You Must Have:
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
Excellent problem solving albitites and attention to detail
Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in manufacturing
Shipping experience is a plus!
The anticipated hourly range for this position is $21.00-$22.00. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employee.
