Description:
The Board shall regulate the practice of architecture, interior design, and landscape architecture.
Commission membership:
The Board shall consist of 9 members of whom 4 shall be architects licensed in the District, 2 shall be interior designers licensed in the District, 2 professional landscape architects licensed in the District, and one shall be a consumer member.
Qualifications:
Individuals with professional and life experience as either a licensed Interior Designer, Architect, or Landscape Architect. Must be DC residents.
Time commitment:
The Board meets every six weeks at 9:30 a.m.; subcommittees meet as required to complete tasks.
