As an eDiscovery Project Manager, youll take the lead in driving complex, high-impact projects from start to finish, serving as the trusted advisor and main point of contact throughout the eDiscovery lifecycle. Youll leverage your deep expertise in eDiscovery technology and strategy to deliver smart, efficient, and defensible solutions, ensuring every project runs seamlessly. This is an exciting opportunity to combine technical excellence with client partnership where your insights, precision, and leadership make a measurable difference. Lead end-to-end eDiscovery projects across all phases: collection, processing, review, production, and trial support. Serve as the primary liaison between legal teams, clients, vendors, and consultants, ensuring seamless communication and execution. Leverage AI and advanced analytics (TAR, CAL, LLM-based tools) to enhance efficiency, consistency, and defensibility in eDiscovery workflows. Consult with case teams and clients to develop strategic, cost-effective eDiscovery plans and technology solutions. Design and oversee workflows for managed review projects, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery. Develop and maintain project documentation, estimates, timelines, and performance metrics to meet firm standards. Collaborate with client General Counsel and IT teams on technical and logistical aspects of data management and discovery. Manage the selection, oversight, and performance of eDiscovery vendors, including cost control and invoice review. Provide training and guidance to case teams on litigation support tools, processes, and best practices. Drive process improvement and standardization initiatives within the eDiscovery Resource Management group. Maintain expert knowledge of FRCP, data privacy, and emerging technologies to ensure compliance and innovation. Proactively promote firm resources and foster business development through exceptional client service and technical leadership.

About you

Bachelors degree required; JD preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience (8+ years). 5+ years of eDiscovery project management and 4+ years of eDiscovery consulting experience required; law firm experience across multiple offices preferred. Proven expertise with Relativity and other Application Service Provider (ASP) platforms; RCA and/or PMP certification preferred. Strong command of AI-assisted review tools (TAR 1.0/2.0, CAL, LLM-based technologies) and advanced analytics platforms such as Relativity Analytics, Brainspace, and NexLP. Deep understanding of databases, load files, and network infrastructure with the ability to troubleshoot and manage technical eDiscovery issues. Demonstrated leadership and project management skills with a commitment to exceptional client service. Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to influence and engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Highly organized, accountable, and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects and drive them to completion.

Salary ranges are stated below. Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus, overtime as applicable, health/welfare benefits, retirement contributions, paid holidays, and PTO. The range displayed is specifically for positions performed in those cities/states and may vary based on factors including but not limited to the following: local market data and ranges; an applicants skills and prior relevant experience; and certain degrees, licensing, and certifications.
