Controls Project Manager
to support its Denver, CO operations. This position is ideal for a project leader with strong automation experience who excels in field coordination, budget forecasting, and delivering retrofit and construction-focused controls projects. Location:

Manage controls projects from initial planning and design through final closeout Oversee project budgets, schedules, and manpower allocation Develop BAS system architecture and ensure design consistency Provide accurate financial forecasting and maintain project scope Coordinate subcontractors, internal controls teams, and field crews Conduct routine job site walks to monitor progress and resolve issues Manage procurement, equipment tracking, and material delivery Review contracts and documentation for alignment with project scope Lead and support field technicians, providing clear direction and expectations Generate RFIs, issue change orders, and assemble closeout documentation Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience as a Controls Project Manager or in a related controls leadership role Strong working knowledge of BAS design, installation, and commissioning practices Able to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment Highly organized, with strong communication and leadership abilities Hands-on mindset with practical field experience preferred Company Overview:
