Responsibilities
Design and implement the commercial strategy across all business channels (Retail, HoReCa, Pet), focusing on revenue growth, profitability, and market share expansion Lead, structure, and mentor the sales team to drive performance and ensure alignment across channels Supervise the Customer Service and Pricing functions, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and high levels of client satisfaction Manage strategic accounts and cultivate new business partnerships Oversee the development of commercial policies, pricing structures, and customer engagement models Collaborate closely with marketing, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure integrated go-to-market plans Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitive activity to adjust commercial strategy accordingly Lead business development initiatives and drive penetration into new markets and segments Utilize data-driven tools (ERP, BI, CRM) for performance tracking, sales forecasting, and reporting University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Minimum of 8–10 years experience in commercial roles, ideally in FMCG or Food sectors, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership position managing teams and diverse channels Comfortable using ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) and business intelligence tools (e.g., IRI, Nielsen) to extract and analyze performance indicators Strong leadership and team management skills; ability to drive alignment and performance across multiple functions Experience in Key Account Management, negotiations, and contract management Deep understanding of the Greek FMCG/retail and wholesale market landscape Strong commercial instinct with a hands-on, strategic, and analytical mindset Proactive, goal-oriented, and customer-centric with strong initiative-taking abilities Fluent in both Greek and English Competitive compensation package Career development and growth opportunities
