Responsibilities

Design and implement the sales plan for wholesale channels Build and strengthen relationships with pharmacies, retailers, distributors, and key accounts Develop commercial policy proposals and monitor KPIs to ensure measurable growth in sales and profitability Negotiate commercial terms, discounts, and promotional activities with partners Monitor market trends, competition, and emerging opportunities within wholesale networks Lead, guide, and develop the wholesale sales team Represent the company at trade fairs and professional events Align the sales strategy with communication and promotional campaigns implemented by the Marketing department Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Director in FMCG, cosmetics, or pharmaceutical products Experience in wholesale channels (pharmacies, retailers, distributors) Strong strategic thinking and negotiation skills Excellent command of Greek and English Ability to travel within Greece and abroad Experience with CRM/ERP systems and sales data analysis Strong leadership and team-development capabilities Competitive compensation package Career development and growth opportunities
