Job description We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented

Event Sales Manager

to oversee and grow private dining and event sales at our newest La Grande Boucherie location in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate is both revenue-focused and guest-centric, with the organizational skills to execute seamless events and the creativity to build lasting client relationships.

This role is

full-time, in person , with compensation consisting of a

base salary + 3% commission on events .

Responsibilities

Identify, cultivate, and maintain strong client relationships to maximize event sales

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

Manage the complete sales cycle from initial inquiry through event execution

Collaborate with clients to understand event needs and objectives

Coordinate and produce Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and event documentation for management teams

Partner with GMs, Chefs, and FOH/BOH teams to ensure flawless execution

Conduct pre-event confirmations and post-event reviews

Analyze event success and provide reports to leadership

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Event Sales Manager in a restaurant or hospitality setting

Proficiency with Tripleseat, Toast, and OpenTable

Strong understanding of KPIs and event sales/marketing techniques

Computer savvy; proficient in MS Office

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

Creative problem-solver with a customer-first mindset

Team-oriented leader with the ability to work nights and weekends as required

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, PR, or related field preferred
