Operations Analyst

Base Pay Range $80,000 – $100,000 per year
Company Overview A New York-based investment advisor with approximately $6 billion in assets under management is seeking an Operations Analyst. The role involves supporting the firm's structured credit and fixed income strategies through trade review, reconciliation, and operational support.
Job Responsibilities
Ensure investment transactions and positions are recorded in a timely and accurate manner.
Perform daily trade, position, and price reconciliations between the firm, prime brokers, and internal systems.
Coordinate with Prime Brokers, Executing Brokers, and Administrator to resolve trade breaks and ensure timely settlement of trades.
Assist in Swap Settlements and P&L calculations.
Support daily and monthly valuations process.
Perform ad hoc projects assigned by the Investment Team and Management.
Assist in maintaining strong internal controls.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree.
General knowledge of structured credit asset classes such as ABS, RMBS, CMBS, CLO, and CRE Loans.
Proficiency in Excel.
Compensation Salary: $80,000 – $100,000, Plus Bonus.
