Nudy's Cafe is a local family‑owned and operated breakfast and lunch restaurant with 15 locations throughout Chester, Montgomery, and Delaware Counties. We are seeking a full‑time Shift Leader to help deliver a high‑quality customer experience and support our team.

Responsibilities
Coordinate daily restaurant operations.
Understand and deliver on the Customer Journey.
Deliver superior service & maximize customer satisfaction.
Respond swiftly & accurately to customer concerns.
Regularly review product quality.
Organize and supervise shifts (7‑Shift system experience preferred).
Continuously manage, coach and train employees and peers with a passion for service in mind.
Ensure that Nudy's brand is represented consistently.
Train new & current employees on proper customer service practices & side‑work schedules.
Take initiative, be people‑focused and result‑oriented.
Conduct performance reviews.
Balance cash registers.
Ensure all members of the team comply with government regulations and company policies.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of hospitality leadership experience.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and coach teams.
Extensive knowledge of food to answer customer questions.
SERV Safe Certified or ability to obtain certification within 30 days of employment.
Consistent Food Safety and Quality Line Check submissions with integrity.
Ability to interpret restaurant operations data from reports and use this information to inspire positive change.
Open availability – Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays (except Thanksgiving and Christmas) are required.
Physical Requirements
Traverse all parts of the restaurant quickly.
Prolonged periods standing and walking.
Lifting, stooping, bending, twisting, and repeated movements.
Use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
Lift 25 pounds at times.
