Minimum Requirements
5–7+ years of experience as a construction scheduler
Vertical construction experience on projects ranging from $50M to $100M
Fluent in Oracle Primavera P6 and MS Project
Ability to read drawings
Must live within commutable distance of the Miami office or be willing to relocate
Preferred Qualifications
B.S. degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related field
Ability to develop a construction CPM schedule under the guidance of the regional scheduling manager
Excellent communication skills and the ability to multi‑task across several projects simultaneously
Experience interfacing with clients and attending project meetings as needed
Ability to assess the impact of design or construction changes and schedule slippages
Responsibilities
Develop project schedules with input from project managers, construction managers, designers, clients and stakeholders
Update project schedules and contribute to reporting requirements
Load cost and resource information into the schedule for planning, design, construction, procurement and move‑in phases
Review and monitor schedules from designers, contractors and other entities
Analyze and report on time impacts, extensions and schedule performance
Provide baseline schedule and monthly schedule update reviews, analyses and reports
Coordinate and execute multiple project schedules on a day‑to‑day basis
Ensure adherence to established best practices and published guidelines
Verify compliance of projects with published guidelines
