Project Superintendent – High-Impact Projects
Base pay range: $120,000 – $160,000 per year.
We’re hiring a Project Superintendent to lead field operations for large‑scale, design‑build construction projects in Southern California. Ideal candidates have a strong track record in commercial or industrial construction, a passion for quality, safety, and fast‑paced delivery, and experience managing high‑profile jobs valued at $50 M+.

What You’ll Do
Lead field operations and site logistics for complex ground‑up construction projects.
Oversee MEP quality control, inspections, and subcontractor management.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and safety teams to ensure seamless execution.
Ensure work is delivered safely, on schedule, and on budget.
Promote a strong culture of safety and accountability onsite.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent field/trade experience.
3–15 years of experience managing commercial or industrial construction (ideally $50 M+ projects).
Familiarity with design‑build delivery models.
Strong leadership, communication, and scheduling abilities.
Willingness to travel or relocate for projects.
Physically able to walk jobsites, climb ladders/scaffolding, and lift up to 60 lbs.
OSHA 30 certification and clean background check (mandatory drug test required).
