Mechanical Project Superintendent Salary range: $120,000 – $145,000 per year.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage field teams, contractors, and subcontractors.

Ensure project milestones are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.

Promote and enforce a safety-first culture (OSHA/MSHA compliance).

Plan, schedule, and allocate resources effectively.

Monitor budgets, control costs, and address potential overruns.

Maintain quality standards and resolve on-site challenges.

Document and report project progress and changes.

Qualifications

Proven experience in mechanical construction for industrial mechanical and piping projects.

Strong leadership and team coordination skills.

Commitment to safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Experience 7+ years in heavy industrial mechanical construction, 3+ years in a supervisory role.

Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.

Certifications: OSHA 30 and MSHA preferred.

Skills: Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and familiarity with construction tools, methods, and software (MS Office, Bluebeam).

Travel: Willing to relocate or work at remote project sites.
