Senior Product Manager - Fraud

About the Department Product Managers sit at the intersection of software, design, and business strategy. You drive product vision, launch plans, user research, prototyping, data analysis, and engineering implementation.
About the Role We need a Senior Product Manager to launch a new fraud‑oriented product and lead the bot management team.
Responsibilities
Build user‑facing fraud detection solutions leveraging Cloudflare’s network, threat intelligence, and machine learning.
Own the product life cycle from discovery, pricing, packaging, to continuous shipping.
Champion customer voice, conduct deep customer research, and translate findings into prioritized backlog.
Collaborate cross‑functional with engineering, design, marketing, and security teams to ship high‑impact features.
Drive data‑driven experiments, define success metrics, and iterate on experiments.
What You’ll Do
Own product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company strategy.
Become an expert in fraud, security, and bot management trends.
Build customer relationships and advocate their needs.
Prioritize and ship features that solve real customer problems.
Measure success with clear metrics and iterate based on data.
Qualifications
4+ years product management in enterprise, SaaS, or security tech.
2+ years delivering security products directly to customers.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
Experience with ML or data‑driven fraud detection preferred.
Background in software engineering or product design appreciated.
Bonus Points
Experience with Bot Management or fraud detection.
Understanding of networking protocols and RESTful API design.
Programming skills (Python, Go, SQL) or ability to work with data analytics tools.
