Senior Product Manager, Dashboard Experience

About the Role Cloudflare’s Dashboard is central to achieving $5 billion in revenue and accelerating our mission to build a better Internet. As the product manager leading the Dashboard, you will be a technical leader pushing the boundaries of growth, prototyping, and customer experience to measure and grow engagement with our products and the platform as a whole.
Product Challenges
Determine the best way to set up customers for success and showcase the magic of Cloudflare amid dozens of jobs‑to‑be‑done and use cases while elevating craft and customer experience for everyone.
Enable individual product teams at Cloudflare with a powerful canvas to deliver world‑class experiences, while maintaining a common design language and tech stack that empowers rather than constrains teams.
Educate customers about our products, convince them to pay, onboard and upsell them to new offerings, and encourage them to onboard colleagues and friends.
Manage adjacent cost drivers such as customer support and outbound sales, ensuring that any changes move the needle in a way that does more good than harm.

A/B experimentation and prototyping: Run high‑velocity tests, ship, and measure progress continuously.
Product sense and strategy: Communicate vision and strategic direction for the Dashboard, prioritizing high‑leverage platform capabilities.
Roadmap prioritization: Balance short‑term improvements with long‑term strategic projects.
Data‑informed decisions: Run experiments, build dashboards, and collaborate with the business intelligence team to analyze metrics.
Voice of the customer: Conduct user research, gather qualitative feedback, and translate insights into product requirements.
Cross‑functional partnership: Draft and review product requirement documents, design specs, and engineering specs; collaborate with marketing, sales, support, and BI for successful launches.
Bonus Points
Deep understanding of modern UX stack and engineering; an engineering background is advantageous.
Data fluency: Build confidence in your views directly with data and persuade stakeholders.
Knowledge of how the Internet works at layers 2‑7; you should be prepared to discuss this complexity.
Compensation Estimated salary ranges vary by location.
New York, Seattle & Washington D.C.: $192,000 – $234,000 (Senior Level)
Austin, Colorado: $170,000 – $208,000 (Senior Level)
Equity The role is eligible to participate in Cloudflare’s equity (RSU) program.
