Radancy is seeking an inquisitive and dedicated Demand Generation Specialist to amplify our Growth Marketing team! The right candidate will ideally take a balanced approach to demand gen and career growth: thorough, detail-oriented execution and a hunger to learn from strategic conversations.

Key Responsibilities
Execute multichannel demand generation and/or account based marketing programs that align with new business revenue goals. Channels will include but are not limited to emails, events, media (organic and paid), webinars, and content marketing.
Proactively test new ideas, channels, creative treatments, etc. to inform future campaign development.
Develop and nurture cross-functional relationships with stakeholders including inside sales, product marketing, and creative teams.
Be the “face” of Demand Gen to field-facing teams.
Assist with channel-specific reporting needs to inform larger strategy.
Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns for higher conversion rates and increased new logo revenue.
Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to improve the effectiveness of upsell offers and messaging.
Utilize marketing automation platforms, CRM (Salesforce), and data/analytics tools to bring programs to market and dynamically report on efficacy.
Proactively identify ways to leverage Artificial Intelligence workflows and tools to increase productivity.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
1-3+ years of experience in campaign management, demand generation, ABM, or digital marketing.
Demonstrated experience supporting and executing successful campaigns that drive revenue.
Developing analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (Salesforce) for campaign execution and tracking.
Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally.
Preferred Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in B2B marketing, particularly in the SaaS or technology industry.
Familiarity with demand generation strategies, KPIs, and goals.
Experience working with sales and business development teams.

Salary Range
USD $70,000 - $80,000. The above range is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate including, but not limited to, skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications and specific office location.
