Your impact
Our team is looking to add a Senior Project Controls Analyst to its team responsible for award‑winning projects. If you’re looking for a challenge, consider joining our team where you will be a major contributor to the growth of exciting projects.
As a key member of our Project Management Team, you’ll perform client management / interfacing / updates / presentations at all levels of management. You’ll partner with Project Managers to ensure complete awareness of project cost, risks and provide alternative strategies for mitigation / opportunities. Jacobs Engineering Group utilizes advanced Enterprise System platforms and data analysis solutions to support service excellence.
You’ll have the opportunity to make a huge impact. Specifically, we’ll look for you to thoroughly understand the principles of cost control and estimating. You will proactively monitor and communicate budget, actual status, and forecast costs/labor hours for projects. Using your expertise, you’ll create client and internal status reports that effectively communicate schedule status and identify critical path. Additionally, there will be opportunities to develop and maintain productive cross‑discipline relationships within the project team.

Here’s what you’ll need
5+ years of scheduling experience, proficient in P6 schedule analysis and reporting.
5+ years experience with cost, schedule and a background in Construction, including complex projects, $25M and above.
Can build a schedule from scratch after coordinating with various teams—engineering, project management and construction.
Can explain variances, delays and tracks and monitors contractor schedules.
Cost Analysis and SAP experience is a bonus.
Must be local to the Bay Area, to go to the office on a Hybrid work schedule.
