Project Controls Analyst
Jacobs invites experienced professionals to join our Project Management Team. As a Project Controls Analyst, you will be a key contributor to award‑winning projects, ensuring precise cost control, schedule management, and risk mitigation.
Base pay range $89,100 – $119,000 per year.
Responsibilities
Partner with Project Managers to monitor project cost, schedule, risks, and opportunities.
Proactively track and communicate budget, actual status, and forecast costs/labor hours.
Create client and internal status reports communicating schedule status and critical path.
Develop and maintain productive cross‑discipline relationships within the project team.
Apply advanced enterprise system platforms and data analysis solutions to support service excellence.
Qualifications
3–4 years of scheduling experience, proficient in P6 schedule analysis and reporting.
Construction experience on complex projects $25M and above preferred.
Ability to build a schedule from scratch coordinating with engineering, project management, and construction.
Strong ability to explain variances, delays, and monitor contractor schedules.
Cost analysis and SAP experience is a bonus.
Preferred location Local to the San Ramon, Oakland, San Jose, or Monterey area. Must be able to go to the office as needed.
