What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Own and modernize engineering processes such as cross‑team release automation and incident workflows

Identify and automate friction points in engineering operations workflows to ensure scalability

Connect systems and data across various platforms via API

Collaborate with software engineers and leaders to enhance organizational workflow and experience

Design and automate internal systems for reliability and efficiency

What is Required (Qualifications):

Proven track record of owning and developing engineering processes in software organizations

Strong backend software engineering foundation with fluency in Python, Java, or TypeScript

Experience with automation scripting (e.g., Shell/Python)

Confident working with CI/CD tools, such as GitHub Actions

Willingness to use the company's product

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience with workflow orchestration platforms (e.g., Camunda/BPMN)

Background in building internal tooling for engineering teams

Knowledge of converting engineering metrics into operational improvements
