What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Act as a liaison between the employer’s technology team and oncology practices to provide support and solutions
Manage the service delivery process to ensure effective IT services for oncology practices
Participate in oncology practice projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and scope
Facilitate communication between IT and oncology practice staff, addressing concerns and issues
Provide leadership in resolving day‑to‑day operational IT issues at respective practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience
Demonstrated leadership skills in healthcare systems and IT functional areas
Effective communication skills, particularly in conveying technical information to non‑IT audiences
Experience implementing IT strategies to support business requirements
Knowledge of IT building blocks including software applications, networks, and systems integration
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Physician practice IT experience
Some direct supervisory experience
Exposure to various project management methodologies
ITIL4 Foundation certification
SAFe Agile experience
