Key Responsibilities

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive cross‑functional teams.
Understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain dynamics, and quality standards.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
Proficiency with manufacturing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for reviewing designs
Experience managing automation or Industry 4.0 projects
