Key Responsibilities

Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects using methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.

Identify and analyze process inefficiencies and bottlenecks across manufacturing operations.

Develop and implement sustainable solutions to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.

Train, coach, and mentor employees at all levels on continuous improvement principles and tools.

Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving throughout the organization.

Manage the portfolio of improvement projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.

Recommended Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.

5+ years of progressive experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.

Demonstrated expertise in applying Lean methodologies and tools (e.g., VSM, 5S, Kaizen, Standard Work).

Proven ability to manage complex projects, drive change, and deliver measurable operational improvements.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including proficiency in data analysis and root cause analysis methodologies.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or process simulation software.

Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci).

Strong financial acumen with experience in cost accounting and ROI analysis for CI projects.

Familiarity with automation technologies, IoT, or Industry 4.0 principles in manufacturing.

Experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., medical devices, aerospace, automotive).
