Salary Range:
$95,000 - $142,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies aligned with business objectives.
Train, coach, and mentor employees on continuous improvement principles and tools.
Identify and analyze process inefficiencies, waste, and bottlenecks in manufacturing operations.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement, problem-solving, and operational excellence.
Standardize best practices and ensure their consistent application across manufacturing lines.
Recommended Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
Minimum 5 years experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing.
Demonstrated expertise in Lean manufacturing principles and tools (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, VSM).
Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive measurable operational improvements.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
Experience applying Theory of Constraints (TOC) principles
Certification in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI)
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
