Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) across manufacturing operations.

Recommended Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
5+ years of continuous improvement experience within a manufacturing environment.
Proven track record of leading and implementing successful CI initiatives with measurable results.
Strong proficiency in Lean tools and methodologies (e.g., VSM, Kaizen, 5S, SMED, Root Cause Analysis).
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
Excellent project management, change management, and cross‑functional leadership skills.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with advanced data analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or statistical programming languages (e.g., Python, R).
Certification or significant experience with Theory of Constraints (TOC) or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
Demonstrated success in integrating Industry 4.0 concepts (e.g., IoT, AI, automation) into continuous improvement strategies.
Formal certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci).
