Key Responsibilities Supervise and train quality control technicians and inspectors. Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, specifications, and procedures. Conduct regular product and process audits to identify areas for improvement. Analyze quality data and report on key performance indicators (KPIs). Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
Recommended Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance/control within a manufacturing environment, including supervisory responsibilities. Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and relevant industry standards. Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies such as SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, and Lean/Six Sigma principles. Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical discipline.
Bonus Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or equivalent lead auditor certification Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) Experience implementing or optimizing QMS software solutions
