Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
Oversee all quality control processes, inspections, and testing activities across manufacturing.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
Manage non-conformance reporting, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.
Conduct internal and external quality audits, including supplier quality assessments.
Lead, mentor, and develop the quality assurance and control team.
Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related technical field.
5+ years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment, including leadership roles.
In-depth knowledge and practical application of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies, Statistical Process Control (SPC), and root cause analysis tools.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with specific industry regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, AS9100, IATF 16949).
Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification.
Proficiency with advanced statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
Demonstrated experience in developing and auditing supplier quality programs.
