Salary Range:
$68,000 - $97,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and mentor a team of quality inspectors and technicians.
Oversee all stages of quality control, including incoming, in-process, and final product inspection.
Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
Investigate non-conformances, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Develop, implement, and maintain quality documentation and records.
Conduct training for quality personnel on new procedures, equipment, and quality standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
3-5 years of progressive experience in quality assurance/control within a manufacturing environment.
Proven experience with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
Proficiency in quality methodologies and tools such as SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, and 8D problem-solving.
Demonstrated leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team and collaborate across departments.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
ASQ Certification (e.g., CQE, CQA).
Experience with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
Proven experience conducting internal or external quality audits (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
