Salary Range
$94,000 - $141,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of continuous improvement strategies and initiatives across manufacturing operations.
Identify, analyze, and prioritize process improvement opportunities using Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies.
Facilitate and lead cross-functional improvement projects (e.g., Kaizen events, value stream mapping, 5S) from conception to completion.
Train, coach, and mentor employees at all levels on CI principles, tools, and techniques.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness and sustainability of improvement efforts.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving throughout the organization.
Collaborate with department managers to ensure alignment and successful integration of CI projects.
Recommended Qualifications
Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) or Master Black Belt (LSSMBB).
5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated expertise in Lean methodologies (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kaizen, SMED).
Proven ability to utilize data analysis tools and statistical methods for problem-solving and process optimization.
Strong project management, change management, and cross-functional team leadership skills.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for data extraction and process optimization.
Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Agile methodologies (CSM).
Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts, IoT, and data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Proficiency in advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
