$89,000 - $135,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

Lead the identification, planning, and execution of continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).

Analyze manufacturing processes and performance data to identify bottlenecks, waste, and opportunities for efficiency gains.

Develop, train, and coach employees at all levels on continuous improvement methodologies and tools.

Manage a portfolio of CI projects, ensuring timely completion and measurable results against defined objectives.

Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness and impact of improvement efforts.

Drive the development and standardization of best practices across production lines and departments.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, problem‑solving, and operational excellence throughout the organization.

Recommended Qualifications

Minimum 5‑7 years of continuous improvement experience within a manufacturing environment.

Six Sigma Black Belt certification required; Master Black Belt preferred.

In‑depth knowledge and practical application of Lean manufacturing methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, 5S).

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex CI projects from conception to sustainment.

Proven experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing CI capabilities across all organizational levels.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Familiarity with Theory of Constraints (TOC) or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodologies.

Experience in highly regulated manufacturing environments (e.g., medical devices, aerospace, automotive).

Background in integrating Continuous Improvement with digital transformation initiatives (e.g., IoT, AI, smart factory concepts).
