Key Responsibilities
Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, TPM) across manufacturing operations.

Drive the development and standardization of best practices and robust work instructions throughout the production process.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving mindset within the organization.
Recommended Qualifications
Proven experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
Strong understanding and practical application of Lean manufacturing principles (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kaizen, Standard Work).
Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
Excellent project management, leadership, and change management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
Bonus Qualifications
Proficiency in advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Experience integrating Continuous Improvement principles with Industry 4.0 technologies or automation projects.
Formal certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci).
