to lead end-to-end operational execution across its U.S. facilities. This role oversees manufacturing, planning, materials, and procurement while driving strong financial and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead production, planning, and supply chain activities to meet annual operational and financial targets.
Ensure the right staffing, resources, and equipment are in place to support daily operations and future growth.
Drive productivity, cost management, and continuous improvement across manufacturing and repair operations.
Oversee inventory planning, forecasting, and turnover to support short- and long-range business needs.
Coordinate capital planning and execution for operational investments.
Partner with business unit and program teams to align demand, schedules, and delivery commitments.
Build and develop a high-performing operations team through strong communication, goal alignment, and performance management.
Travel periodically to corporate leadership for alignment and cross-functional collaboration.
What Helps You Succeed
Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related experience.
10+ years of leadership experience in leading manufacturing operations for a small to mid-size company within the aerospace/defense sectors.
Strong operational discipline with a results‑driven, action‑oriented mindset.
Excellent project management skills.
Skilled in communication, negotiation, and change management.
Proven ability to collaborate, influence, and drive performance across teams in a matrixed environment.
