Salary Range
$140,000 - $191,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Oversee all daily plant operations to ensure production targets are met efficiently and safely.
Develop and manage the plant budget, optimizing costs and resource allocation.
Implement and enforce robust safety, quality, and environmental compliance programs.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across all plant departments.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and product quality.
Strategic planning and execution to align plant operations with overall business goals.
Manage maintenance and reliability programs for plant equipment and infrastructure.
Recommended Qualifications
Minimum 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Operations Management.
Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to manage P&L, develop budgets, and drive cost efficiencies.
Strong commitment to fostering a safe work environment and ensuring high-quality production standards.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
MBA or Master's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Operations Management)
Proven experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., IoT, AI, advanced robotics)
Proficiency in a second language relevant to the workforce or global operations
Track record of successful new plant commissioning or significant capacity expansion projects
