What You’ll Do
Lead strategic growth and drive global revenue expansion.
Build client relationships as a trusted advisor and align HDR capabilities to their goals.
Lead major pursuits and campaigns, develop winning strategies and guide proposal efforts.
Collaborate with market and operations leaders to define regional strategic plans.
Mentor and train teams to foster client‑focus and strategic thinking.
Align talent and expertise to client needs, supporting growth and attracting top people.
What You Bring (roles and responsibilities)
Achieve global booking goals for the Waste Sector.
Manage regional Waste business development leaders.
Maintain strong market‑trend awareness and insight.
Partner with the Waste Sector Director to create a program vision.
Oversee annual and long‑term strategic plans and prioritize growth initiatives.
Drive cross‑market initiatives in the region.
Lead pursuit teams, capture planning, and client‑win strategies.
Identify and fill management and technical roles.
Develop training on business development best practices.
Implement major client plans and long‑term growth strategies.
Serve as client manager for key Waste clients and maintain deep industry insight.
Build relationships with teaming partners and participate in professional associations.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Professional or engineering registration or certificate, or related technical experience.
Demonstrated experience winning high‑value contracts in the Waste industry.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 15 years relevant industry experience.
Self‑starter with projects completed with limited oversight.
Deep knowledge of A/E/C procurement for professional services.
Strong motivation and leadership skills.
Proven ability to build a network of clients and partners.
Sales experience and winning strategy development.
Financial acumen and negotiation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Willingness to travel and engage face‑to‑face.
Experience growing programs in new or competitive markets.
Experience writing compelling content from technical staff insights.
