Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist Job at CML Security, LLC in Broomfield

We are looking for a detail-oriented and people-focused Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle—from sourcing candidates to guiding new hires through a smooth and engaging onboarding experience. You’ll play a key role in building strong teams and shaping a positive first impression of our company. RESPONSIBILITIES Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs. Create and post job descriptions on internal and external platforms. Source candidates via job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules. Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate candidate records. Onboarding Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation. Coordinate background checks, references, and employment eligibility verification. Organize new hire orientation and training schedules. Ensure new hires are equipped with necessary tools, technology, and access. Serve as a point of contact for new employees during their first weeks. Collect feedback and continuously improve the onboarding experience. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS 1+ years of experience in recruiting, onboarding, or general HR support. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms. Passion for delivering great candidate and employee experience. Pay : $25 /hr.
