Member Service Representative

What you can expect:

Service Excellence

- Connect with our members by providing exceptional service, processing a variety of transactions, i.e., cashing checks, depositing and/or withdrawing funds from accounts, accepting mortgage and consumer loan payments.

Details Matter

- take pride in your work by maintain an accurate cash drawer and ensuring you have the right amount, buying and selling to the vault.

Be Humble

- Assist your team members with branch reconciliation by adding checks, money orders, treasurer's checks, Visa payments, etc.

Know your Neighbor

- Be in tune with member needs and ensure they know the products and services that will help them best. Provide them opportunities to reach their financial goals.

Community First

- Help our members get that first car or the house of their dreams by matching them with the right product and creating a seamless loan application process. Ensure they qualify and that the product is right for them and their goals!

Enhance our Reach

- Opens new accounts of all types and help our local community get the services they need. Whether its saving for the future or finding a checking account that works for them.

Tools of the Trade

- Help our members at the ATM and by providing them with the tools they need and the security they require. This includes card creation, blocking cards, PIN changes and member disputes.

Are you a Rockstar?

Experience:

At least two (2) years of experience within the financial services industry with previous supervisory/leadership experience.

Communication is Key:

Provide respectful and transparent communication with your fellow Rockstars.

Bring

I nnovation:

Strong proficiency with systems and software packages, including Microsoft Office.

Be Reliable:

Office hours Monday through Friday with rotating Saturday shifts.
